Christmas is my favorite time of year; always has been.
I love everything about the holiday season.
The sights, the smells, the food, and the time with family are just a few of the things to love about Christmas.
However, no matter what you may love about the season, you should also remember the true meaning behind Christmas.
Don’t let the bright pretty lights blind you from the true meaning of Christmas. Instead let those lights reveal this glorious time of year to every man, woman, and child.
The needles of a Christmas tree will fall off and will be swept away forever. The memories made from that tree will last a lifetime and beyond.
Kids are the best Christmas gift. They are sent to remind us of how special life and this time of year really are. Their excitement and joy is greater than any gift you will ever receive.
Christmas is a wonderful and magical time of year that can take even the worst and ugliest this world has to offer and make it beautiful again.
The greatest gift at Christmas isn’t the one in a fancy or box and wrapped in pretty paper. It is the lessons those gifts teach us. Do for others, come together, give and share are Christmas qualities we should possess year-round.
Life should never be like Christmas movies; they are too perfect. My most cherished Christmas memories are the ones filled with chaotic bliss. The family would argue and fight, the dinner would burn, and my parents would stress over the Christmas day mess. But at the end of the day we loved each other and it was a fun time.
People complain that Christmas comes to quick and then they are in a rush to get it over with. Slow down, enjoy the moments because one day those moments will be memories.
There is no sweeter cherry on top of the dessert, than Christmas snow. A kid’s delicious anticipation of the treasures under the Christmas tree is a sweet treat, but Christmas snow makes that treat even better on Christmas Day.
There is no greater loss in life than to lose your Christmas spirit. It is the Christmas spirit that lifts us to do great things for each other without any selfish expectations.

The gift of Christmas spirit is a gift we should never return, but should always give away to those around us. It is one of the greatest gifts, that is often overlooked.
Christmas is a magical time when someone comes to your house, brings you gifts, and eats your food; then Santa Clause comes.
The spirit of Christmas lives in all of us. Some choose to bury it deep down inside in the darkest depths of their soul. while others choose to let it shine like the star that led the wise men to baby Jesus.
Christmas spirit is a gift that won’t cost you 3 easy payments of $19.99 plus shipping and handling. It is the complimentary prize that comes with the love and compassion of your loved ones, and is handed down for generations through that same love and compassion you show others.
There is no greater sound than they joyous laughter of kids on Christmas morning. It is the medicine that can heal even the most damaged soul, and a reminder of our innocence that seems lost in a time so long ago.
It’s no shock that a fruitcake is served at Christmas time. It is the perfect representation of family. There are lot of different ingredients blended together, with a few nuts added, to form a one giant block of chaotic unity. You deny you like it, but you can’t seem to get enough of it.
Adults will search every store and spend every penny they have to try and buy their child’s happiness for Christmas. All any child really wants for Christmas is the love and acceptance of their parents.
Christmas teaches us to love, share, and accept. It teaches us to be more compassionate and to be kind to our fellow man. That knowledge is then used to exploit those feelings to guilt you into loving to share your money with those more fortunate and accepting it as a compassionate act of kindness.
We prepare 364 days for one day. A day that lasts less than a day. Christmas isn’t even 24 hours. It starts at 6 a.m. and is over with by 2 o’clock. However, those 8 hours are possibly the most memorable 8 hours in a family’s life. They can shape who are children become and what their kids will be.
The colors of Christmas are red and green. The green represents the all the money you spend and the red is for the anger you feel over the crowds you get stuck in.
Christmas is a time to celebrate life. For it was through Christmas that we received the birth of a savior who came to Earth to give us peace, hope, and love. Those things are the most important and the greatest gifts of all. When you lose these, you are lost.
Christmas is one of the last great institutions that has yet to be ruined; no matter how hard some will try. It is a time of year that everyone learns that there is still some good in the world and that no matter how far it may seem behind us; that kid in us is still there.
Like every day, Christmas only comes once a year. However, the spirit of Christmas should live on the other 364 days. We should always love and show compassion to our fellow man. We should always be full of charity. That is the gift.
The size of your tree doesn’t speak to your Christmas spirit. It is the size of your heart that speaks the most.
Keep your heart open and it will share love and joy around. Wrap yourself in Christmas feeling and be happy! Enjoy in life and in your family.
When you have nothing to give, just remember the Little Drummer Boy. His only gift to the baby Jesus was his music. Sometimes it is the smallest things from the heart that bring the biggest smiles.
Christmas comes but once a year and for this we are eternally grateful. If we had to deal with this every day the jails would be even more overcrowded.
To not believe in Santa Clause is to not believe in the spirit of Christmas. To not believe in the Spirit of Christmas is to not believe in the nobility of selflessness, charity, and goodwill. To not believe in these things is bad for humanity.
Christmas is supposed to be fun. Instead many of us turn Christmas into a chore. We don’t want to do it, yet we force ourselves to do it. We lose sight of how much fun and magical this time of year really is.
